Annual Autism Crawfish Boil Was Held to Benefit Easterseals Central Alabama
Easterseals Central Alabama, a collection of programs designed to help individuals with disabilities, in conjunction with the Mudbug Ball Committee, a group of local community volunteers, presented the 21st Annual Autism Crawfish Boil April 5, 2025, from 3-6 p.m. at the Montgomery Biscuits Stadium. The event raised more than $60,000 for Easterseals Central Alabama.
The Mudbug Ball Committee hosts the event annually to benefit Easterseals Central Alabama’s autism therapy services. The event is a major fundraiser for the non-profit organization serving Montgomery and surrounding areas. Money raised from the event stays in our area. It’s a great family event!
This year’s Easterseals ambassador was Hazeal J. Leal, a 19-year-old student with Autism who has been in speech therapy at Easterseals Central Alabama since he was 18 months old.
Watch for coming announcements and a new date for the 2026 event.
